Options

To ensure that each guitar is a perfect fit for the player. I offer a range of options for the “contact points” of the instrument.

Neck shapes:

Slim ‘C’ – 21mm @ 1st fret / 23mm @ 12th fret
Medium ‘C’ – 22mm @ 1st fret / 24mm @ 12th fret
Large ‘C’ – 23mm @ 1st fret / 25mm @ 12th fret
Medium soft ‘V’ – 22mm @ 1st fret / 24mm @ 12th fret
Large ‘V’ – 23mm @ 1st fret / 25mm @ 12th fret
Big Boy – 24mm @ 1st fret / 25.5mm @ 12th fret

Additionally I have a range of templates taken from other vintage and modern guitars, so if you have a particular favourite, I can replicate it exactly.

As all necks are hand carved I am happy to shape the neck to your specific requirements, either to a pattern or template or by appointment.

Fingerboard radius: Any standard radius from 7.5” to 16” including compound radii.

Nut width: 42mm to 44mm

Control Layout: Controls can be positioned to your requirements – this may require additional cost for “unusual” layouts.
